 Corinne Collins – Counting Consultants, LLC Corinne, the founder of Counting Consultants, LLC, brings over a decade of entrepreneurial leadership and more than 20 years of expertise in accounting and business operations to her clients. 

Since establishing her firm in 2011, she has provided exceptional business consulting, financial and management accounting, payroll processing, human resources, audit review, compliance, software integration, and training services. Her analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) enable her to deliver strategic solutions that address complex challenges and drive sustainable growth for businesses. 

Corinne’s career began in property management, where she developed a strong foundation in financial oversight and operational efficiency. From 2006 to 2009, as a Property Manager on the Acquisition & Disposition Team at Midwest Management, she conducted compliance audits, trained staff, and implemented internal controls across multiple properties. Her leadership achieved a 98% occupancy rate and reduced delinquency by 40%, with a specialized focus on Section 8, voucher procedures, and tax credit policies. 

Later, from 2009 to 2011, as an accounting Compliance Manger / Property Manager and Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) at Resource Residential, she managed resident billing, income processing, month-end closings, and detailed financial reporting, consistently maintaining expenses within budget.

A QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2011 with annual recertification, Corinne is highly skilled in a wide range of tools, including MRI, Yardi, Property Manager, Peachtree, Microsoft 365 (including Excel and Word), and cloud-based storage solutions. Her academic foundation includes relevant coursework in advanced financial accounting, reporting, accounting systems, and income tax at WCCC, Michigan, between 2006 and 2007, where she achieved a GPA of 3.8/4.0. 

Corinne holds several prestigious certifications, including Certified Accounting Paraprofessional (C.A.P., 2013–2022), Certified Public Bookkeeper, Certified Payroll Specialist, AHM, and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP, 2003–2011). Additionally, Corinne excels in cash flow planning and management, compliance, and exceptional oral and written communication, making her a trusted partner for her clients. 

At Counting Consultants, Corinne combines her technical expertise and collaborative approach to empower clients with clear financial insights and customized strategies.  Fun Fact: Corrine has a passion for Historic Homes and is Phenomenal at Tennis, Corinne travels in her spare time competing in tennis tournaments and has won many matches; her passion for tennis and fineness flows into her work with the same amazing drive.

   Andrew Eliachevsky, owner of Paradigm Property Group, LLC, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of expertise in project management, business analysis, and construction. 

As a licensed builder, leading our Property Development team with a hands-on approach, overseeing the restoration of blighted properties and new renovations, commercial and residential, breathing new life into neighborhoods across

Michigan.

Andrew’s impressive Real Estate portfolio background includes: large-scale land and apartment projects. Current ownership with development plans for 2.5 prime acres downriver.

Past ownership and management of nearly 100 apartment units across 10 buildings in Farmington Hills and Clarkston.

Andrew leads a team of skilled professional contractors known for their exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to

detail in construction rehabilitation, build-outs, in both residential and commercial projects delivering stunning, high-quality results that consistently impress. 

Andrew also has an ongoing 6+ year IT contract at DTE Detroit HQ in Project Management. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing Best Practices/Auditing compliance for 100+ MPSC (Michigan Public Service Commission) funded

initiatives. Other past Detroit IT clients include General Motors, Ford, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Comerica Bank.

Andrew is a Detroit native raised in Hamtramck with a life-long deep commitment to giving back, transforming homes and communities with care. His work not only revitalizes spaces, but it also earns heartfelt appreciation from residents who see their neighborhoods flourish, reflecting Andrew's passion for creating lasting impression for positive change.

A University of Michigan-Ann Arbor graduate with a BS in Industrial/Operations Engineering and an MBA, Andrew has a passionate love for the city's vibrant culture that ranges from the Detroit Opera House, Symphony, Museums, but also reaches out to support local upcoming musicians, artists, and events.
